Additionally, we provide permanent recruitment services in which we handle all aspects of the hiring process including advertising, conducting interviews, checking references, and assessing the candidate's skills before presenting them to the client for a final interview. Our fee for this service is a percentage of the candidate's salary upon being hired by the client. The percentage is open to negotiation, and we strive to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement with our clients.
